Remove legacy privilege names from main branch

With the separation of the main and compat-edition branches, "legacy" privileges names (e.g. cluster:admin:searchguard:session/_own/get/extended in security-core/src/main/resources/static_config/static_action_groups.yml ) can be removed from various yml files in the main branch.
