Remove unused option "eliatra.security.compliance.mask_prefix" from final edition.

After deleting the legacy DLSFLS impl, the option "eliatra.security.compliance.mask_prefix" is now unused and should be deleted.

Possibly, also other options related to DLS/FLS are also unused and should be deleted as well.
