Make it possible to use spctl with the demo docker image

The demo docker image does not have a possiblity to use spctl at the moment.

It would be nice to be able to use spctl from the command line, though.

Requirements

• use the actual spctl command on the command line
• make the configuration of the connection settings (admin cert, etc) relatively easy
