Remove support for reserved and hidden flags in the configuration

The reserved and hidden flags in the configuration are very simplicistic, yet noisy way to give system integrators a way to define untouchable configuration.

The new product shall come up with an improved way of allowing system integrators to achieve this goal.

As the first step, we should remove support for these flags. They can be still specified, but will not have any effect.
